Mojito Telaviv

Summer is here and you know what that means? Beach weddings are aplenty! So here's a signature beach wedding cocktail that we concocted with mixologist Guy Mann as part of our "Cheeky Cocktails" series.

The "Mojito Telaviv" is a unique spin to a classic cocktail and is perfect for an Island Paradise Wedding. It is divided into two layers/parts: The upper layer is silky and light--like vanilla ice cream. The bottom part is tarty and refreshing. It's like telling two stories that when mixed together, creates a surprising plot twist--sounds like marriage, isn't it?
