When we started out, we simply wanted to inspire fellow rebellious brides with ideas that no one would usually dare execute for their weddings. We created mood boards and curated pegs for weddings we wish would see the light of day. We wished for the rebellion to spread its wings and fly.
Today, we go back to what we love to do - creating wedding stories that inspire and intrigue the senses. So when rebellious stylist and constant collaborator KC Leyco-Mempin suggested we do 50 Shades of Grey next, we immediately and passionately said, "Yes! Yes! Yes!"
Taking inspiration from the movie, we used black and white photography, the feel of the red room, leather elements and of course, seduction. It was all about the intimacy. We simply got a room from the Picasso Boutique in Makati and just let real life couple Rob and Nicole play around on the both the lust and vulnerability of Mr. Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele.
