"Javid sawen nu Vatan" is an Ivatan saying that directly translates to: "So beautiful, our Batanes."
Doesn't that saying sound like something you would read from The Lord of the Rings? Batanes has that effect on every person that experiences it. And Rommel & Olivia's beautiful Batanes wedding encapsulates every little thing that makes Batanes so magical, ethereal, and fantasy-like.
The most unbelievable part about their wedding is the fact that the reception seemed to have taken place in Batanes' most iconic lighthouse which makes the whole mood of the wedding even more "romantical". Oh to be surrounded by all the rolling hills, the stone structures, and the millions of stars. It's the most picture perfect wedding setting and we celebrate with Rommel & Olivia for having had their union in such a magnificent place!
