Dody and Char: By the Numbers

Conceptually, Jason says this is his favorite. And I would have to agree. I've been a fan of his work for 6 years now. And as I write this, I am reminded of the very first video I have watched of his, and I am reminded still of why he remains to be the best. It's always about storytelling, never about the fancy stuff.

In the spirit of all the numbers seamlessly and fluently foretold in this film, let me tell you about the THREE SOUND BYTES that I found so beautiful from this film:


"Time is short, why don't we do it the non-traditional way? Just say yes, you'll be my girlfriend. And I will court you while you are my girlfriend." -- the groom during the interview


"Ang lakas ng loob niyo!" -- the officiating priest during the ceremony


"Because of you, I believe in redemption" -- part of the groom's vows

This is such a beautiful and oh so rebellious love story, dudes. Enjoy.
